Atlas

Terms of service

Plain language, not a lawyer-reviewed legal document yet. This describes the terms Atlas operates under today. It will be formalized before Atlas is offered as a paid product.

What this is, today

Atlas is an early, unpaid product built by Adelphos, offered as-is, without warranty of any kind. Atlas can make mistakes (a misread field, a research finding that turns out wrong), so every meaningful output is a proposal for you to check, not a guarantee. See Privacy & data for how approval-gating works throughout the product.

Your account and your data

The data you put into Atlas, captured cards, notes, pasted emails, everything, is yours. Atlas holds it on your behalf and never shares it with any other account. You can export everything, delete any individual record, or delete your entire account at any time from Settings. Deletion there is real and immediate, not a soft-delete or a support request.

Acceptable use

Use Atlas for its intended purpose: managing your own real business relationships. Don’t use it to store or process data you don’t have the right to hold, and don’t attempt to access another account’s data or disrupt the service.

Changes and availability

Atlas is under active development. Features can change, and availability isn’t guaranteed while it stays an early, unpaid product. You’ll be told plainly if something material changes about how your data is handled.

Not yet decided

Formal items still pending legal review before commercial launch: governing law and jurisdiction, a limitation-of-liability clause with real legal weight, and what happens to your data if Adelphos is acquired or shuts down. None of that changes what’s promised above: export and deletion work today, regardless.
